When you encounter the message below in Clickker, an endpoint running via Exact SDK is crashing. Check if there are multiple applications using Exact SDK or if there are multiple Clickker processes running simultaneously using Exact SDK.
GET endpoints generally work not with Exact SDK just like most POST endpoints unless SDK or LARGE is mentioned in the endpoint. PUT commands are Exact SDK endpoints in many cases.

It is not yet known where exactly this problem comes from today.
We recommend completing the following steps to resolve this issue within the Internet Information Service (IIS):
- Recycle Clickker's application pool within the IIS. Under application groups/application pool, right-click Clickker's and choose the 2nd choice Recycle... - Next - Finish
- Restart Clickker's website. Look under Sites on Clickker's website with the right mouse button - Manage website - Restart
- If things still go wrong after this, you could run another IISRESET as administrator.
