Remote access

• Access via RDP or Teamviewer

What rights do we need:

• A domain user who:
  – we can use as a service account
  – has local admin rights
  – has rights for task scheduling, services and IIS
  – Created in SQL with sysadmin rights
  – user is in Exact Globe (Exact user license) with the role Administrator in the company

What are the requirements for your Exact License:

• To write data back to Exact Globe, your Exact license must have the Exact Connectivity Client module. Is the Exact Globe SDK client supported?

What are the requirements for your SQL license:

• If you only have an Exact SQL runtime license you need to install SQL Express
• If you have an Exact SQL core license of complete SQL license it can be used in combination with Clickker.

How do you want Clickker installed?

• On which server doe you want to install Clickker? It has to be a server including an Exact Globe client in which companies can be opened.

General Requirements

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7
• Exact Globe werkstationinstallatie > Release 424
• Minimum required windows server 2016!
• Minimum required SQL Server 2016!
• Microsoft Powershell
• IIS (Internet Information Services) needs to be installed Pay attention to the fact you have to activate some components in the IIS. See preperation IIS below.
• If Clickker must be accessible externally, secure external connections are necessary (VPN or SSL)
• Clickker must be able to communicate with www.clickker.nl. This must be on the firewall whitelist!
• Which versions of Exact Globe Next are supported by Clickker and Exact Software?
  – 424 (Older versions only in consultation)
  However, we recommend that you update to 424 as Exact Software no longer supports older versions!
• Which versions of Exact Globe+ are supported by Clickker and Exact Software?
  – 501, 502, 503
• The server must meet Exact’s system requirements:
  –System requirements Exact Globe Next (exactsoftware.com) | System requirements Exact Globe+ (exactsoftware.com)
