If you get the error message below for certain endpoint, chances are you have recently migrated from Exact Globe Next to Exact Globe+.
The endpoint in question works via Exact SDK and this works differently in Exact Globe+. This requires adjustments within Clickker to communicate with it.
If this is the case, please contact us to configure Clickker accordingly.
Preferably, when migrating to Exact Globe+, it is wise to inform us about this so that we can adjust the Clickker configuration accordingly in good time!
