Support questions Clickker

For developers:

If you have a question for the support department regarding the development of an integration using Clickker, we would like to receive the following information from you:

  • Complete JSON/XML command via Clickker including header and body
  • Error message / Results
  • SQL query in case of CustomQuery
  • How do you develop? Via Clicker Automation Suite / Postman / C# or other programming language

If the question relates to problems based on the setup within Exact, we request that you (if possible) test the situation within Exact by manually creating the data using the same fields you provide via Clickker. You may then get an error message that gives a better indication of where things are going wrong.

Without this information, we cannot otherwise answer your question!

For end customers:

If you have a question/problem with Clickker, we would like to receive the following information from you:

  • The error message (if available via Clickker Watcher or if you receive emails from Clicker)
  • Situation description with examples/screen shots
