Status Clickker – Exact Online

Clickker – Exact Online status:

In geval van storingen met Clickker zullen wij deze z.s.m. oplossen en u informeren over eventuele acties die u dient uit te voeren indien nodig. U kunt een storing melden via: helpdesk@clickker.nl 

Indien u een koppeling heeft naar Exact Online raden wij u aan om te kijken bij de status pagina van Exact zelf om te kijken of er problemen zijn met de Exact API: status.exact.com

Soms vind er onderhoud plaats of wordt er specifiek een probleem m.b.t. REST API vermeld. Wij zijn hiervoor afhankelijk van Exact. 

Als er een storing is of was bij Exact kan het soms nodig zijn om de verbinding met Exact Online te opnieuw te maken. U ontvangt in dat geval van ons een email als dit nodig is: Procedure opnieuw verbinden met Exact Online
