Nijenkamp Stalinrichting Lemelerveld knocked on our door for a better solution for planning and work orders. Our app makes it simple and affordable.<\/p>\n

A customised app for work assignments and scheduling with Clickker<\/strong><\/h3>\n
\u00a0<\/strong>For planning and work orders, Nijenkamp Stalinrichting Lemelerveld was using the far too extensive Exact Synergy. The customer came to us for a better solution: simple, with only the necessary functionalities and affordable. The app we built and linked via Clickker is practical, user-friendly and cost-effective.<\/div>\n

Too comprehensive package<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We have been serving Nijenkamp with automation since 2013. The company uses the financial package Exact Globe. Planning and work orders were made in the standard package Exact Synergy. For this customer, this package was actually far too extensive: the customer paid a lot for a package of which the company actually used only a few functions.<\/p>\n

Functional, simple and user-friendly<\/b><\/h3>\n

Nijenkamp put this to our project manager Wilfred Pessink. He offered the company a suitable solution: a customised app with exactly the desired functionalities, no more and no less. With this work order app, the customer keeps track of the hours for different types of jobs. After approval, these automatically go to Exact Globe for processing in the financial administration. In addition to functionality, the customer indicated it attached great importance to simplicity and user-friendliness.<\/p>\n

Custom application<\/b><\/h3>\n

We translated these wishes into a customised application with functionalities such as workshop planning, assembly planning, drawing planning, delivery notes, article insight and customer data. These functionalities can be easily adapted to the customer's requirements. Via Clickker, we linked this application to Exact Globe. Thanks to seamless data exchange, all data in both systems are available in real time. The entire history can also be consulted in the app. Easy for future client assignments.<\/p>\n

Customer satisfaction<\/b><\/h3>\n

The customer is delighted with the new application: \"It is a concise app that anyone can work with. We find the ability to quickly and easily expand or adjust the functionalities according to our needs an added value. The app works so clearly and friendly that we were able to start using it almost without explanation after installation. Everything is self-explanatory and simple to use by everyone in our company.\"<\/p>\n
