Linking member portal Land Rover Club Holland to Exact Online<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For Land Rover Club Holland (LRCH), we developed a new member portal in the cloud. We linked it to Exact Online via Clickker. This allows the online member application to automatically exchange all desired and required data with the member administration.<\/p>\n

Safe, practical and cheaper<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In 2019, the LRCH wanted to switch from a locally hosted membership portal to a membership application with linkage to financial records in the cloud. The club chose this for a number of reasons: better assurance of data security, easier induction of new staff and cost reduction. The existing systems would require replacing the ICT infrastructure and the club was keen to avoid this rather hefty investment. Although linking to Exact Online with Clickker is not an everyday occurrence for us - we normally use Clickker with Exact Globe and Synergy - we were keen to help this loyal customer avoid an expensive infrastructural solution.<\/p>\n

From local to cloud<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In Microsoft environment, we built a new member application that replaced the existing portal in Exact Synergy. This transitioned the portal from the local server to the cloud. The same applied to the financial administration, which moved from Exact Globe to the more compact cloud package Exact Online. Clickker seamlessly links the member portal to Exact Online. The system automatically links data back and forth as required. The new system replaces the existing one, which we developed and implemented for this client in 2013 based on the software the club had already purchased at the time.<\/p>\n

Customer satisfaction<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The LRCH board is very satisfied with the solution offered and says it fully meets all the club's requirements: \"Everything works as it should and that offers us great advantages. The system works more intuitively and simply; we can now process changes many times faster. That is a relief for us. New employees also pick it up much more easily. We are an association with 2,600 members, process about 5,500 invoices and many mutations such as registrations, cancellations and changes of address every year. Exact Online has fewer functions than Globe, but for the aforementioned activities it is more than sufficient. The benefits for our club are significant.\"<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
