You have also received an email from us regarding this. If you have not received this email, please email helpdesk@clickker.nl; alternatively, you can find the instructions in the three points listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>If you are still experiencing problems with the update, you may wish to check the following:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Grants the Clickker SQL user temporary sysadmin rights so that they can update the Clickker database correctly. (In some cases, this proves to be necessary.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also do this in the web.config file in <strong>c:\\inetpub\\clickker <\/strong>Set the UpdateDatabases folder to \u201cyes\u201d. After the update, this reverts to \u201cno\u201d. It is correct that it is then set back to \u201cno\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>If you have not yet implemented the manual adjustment that was emailed to you previously, you must do so now. See the attachment: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clickker.nl\/en\/updater-manual\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"7450\">Manual adjustment guide<\/a><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of new Clickker installations after 30 June 2026, it must also be known which Exact accounts Clickker needs to be able to access.
